Unapologetic and Disappointing Service I arrived with simple expectations for basic cleanliness and functionality, only to be met with a terrible experience. The room’s dirty floors stained my white socks, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told it was my problem for wearing white socks. In search of power sockets, I was dismissively told to find them myself, forcing me to unplug the fridge to access one. While the staff did say ‘sorry,’ it was always without providing any actual assistance or resolution, adding to my frustration and disappointment. I wasn’t seeking luxury, but I did expect the most basic standards of cleanliness, functionality, and service.

I like this place! It's just two minutes from the sea, service is good, they speak Russian and a little English. I could see the sea from my balcony. The room is nice, with air conditioner. The hotel has free sauna and hamam. But spa and massage are at extra cost because it's a private business separate from the hotel. They offer a free trial massage, but I won't recommend it, the man who was doing massage is too touchy in inappropriate areas of female body and gives plenty comments too. This looked and sounded unprofessional. Perhaps some women enjoy it, but definitely not me. Unfortunately the hotel has no gym. The food was good and tasty, but not everything. Fruit and vegetables were especially tasty and fresh!

The hotel is very good! The staff is always smiling, responsive and will make you feel taken care of! The food is delicious and for every taste! I recommend visiting the SPA available at the hotel! I was so excited about the hammam that I was ready to go at least every evening! I can especially recommend a master named Aytekin, who performed the hammam procedures, an expert in his work! It was great! Thank you!

It was the best vacation ever, if we needed help or there was something wrong, the make it directly right! The animation team was also really Sweet. And Yunus was the best help and employe. He was sweet and nice and make the best cocktails! We will return next summer for sure!!!

The hotel is small, but has it all. Rooms are small but cozy. Food is great , everyday has chicken variation on the menu 😃 The personal only few speak english, but we underatood each other . The beach is great, maybe the best one there, as i saw the others in the neighbour. Overall,definitely worth for the money 👍 …

My parents are in your hotel now. Since they don't speak English, I want to complain about Hasan who works as a waiter in the restaurant of your hotel. He has spoiled my parents' holiday and as far as I understand a lot of tourists hate him. He's so rude and unprofessional. Last day he screamed on my mom. I can't believe it! I've worked in Turkey in different hotels and I know how a waiter is supposed to treat guests of the hotel.

Good place for cheap vacation, but low quality services. WiFi spot is not free of charge in a suite, only in the lobby. Bar has poor quality drinks and not much choice. Beach is uncomfortable and full of stones

Very helpful and friendly staff, amazing animation team, cozy rooms and lovely views. The only issue is the beach, very difficult to get in and out of the water because of the stones.
